Kinetics Wellness Studio offers you a variety of specialty group fitness classes, from vinyasa yoga, to Pilates to Barre, our certified instructors will guide, instruct and challenge you physically , finding your root foundation, to engage and re-balance your chakras, finding mental clarity, sculpting and toning and empowering your body to find wellness within. 

Our Philosophy

We exist to fulfill a commitment  to encourage wellness  at every level, to cultivate an environment of healing, awareness, flexibility, strength, balance and meditative practice.

We will host special events at our studio, from doTERRA Make &Take  classes, our Balanced Birth series, summer kids specials and much more!

Our PROMO Intro Membership is only $44.95/month for unlimited group fitness class.

Barre.

Barre incorporates ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, dance and strength training. Our Barre classes challenge, invigorate and add dimension with a ballet barre, plies, and stretches that will define and tone your body.

Yoga.

We offer a wide variety of yoga classes, from restorative yoga, to find deep relaxation, to Holy Yin and Holy Yoga, to connect your practice with God, Yoga Sculpt with light weights to define, Slow Flow Yoga to establish fundamental yoga poses, and Vinyasa Yoga to challenge your mind and body

Pilates.

Pilates incorporates a fusion of invigorating movements, fat burning cardiovascular exercise, and full body strength, focusing on balancing muscle groups and increasing flexibility, with an emphasis on core conditioning. 

Meditation.

Leave the hustle and bustle behind and come unwind with us. Explore the power of our minds to calm, heal and reduce stress in our bodies. Meditation class includes a slow flow through asanas, the art of self-compassion and a focus on leading you into the present moment through awareness of the union of the mind and body.
